Capstone Approach to Serving Clients

Capstone’s approach to serving its clients is, simply put, to save clients’ valuable time. Accordingly, Capstone does not:

• Submit marginal candidates
• Submit candidates who haven’t been properly screened and personally evaluated
• Submit candidates who are unaware of, or not truly interested in, the open position

Since Capstone conducts its business with every client and candidate in a highly personalized way, everyone’s time is leveraged to ensure that it is invested wisely.
